Management Review (TM) is part of the responsibility of management (TM and MR) to review the SMM (Quality Management System) of Study Program. Review as one of the PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Action) intended for Checking. Checking activities should generate certainty about the suitability, adequacy and effectiveness of the SMM and according to that required in the Standard Requirements. This activity has been designed to be 6 months or once a year. Or, at least once before the holding of an audit by the certification institute.

Through this Management Review, highest management and all the staff should be able to measure the effectiveness of the SMM and to identify opportunities for improvement. Leadership, in this case is a Head of Study Program, should know directly what needs to be done to, once again, improve SMM performance. The role of management responsibility should be seen from the this Management Review results.

Finally, the Management Review results should be used as a reference for management responsibility to make decisions which determine the direction or study program strategy to provide service excellence (excellent service) of Study Program.
